The service was excellent, the staff were very-very nice and polite. Booked a room with pleasant views of gardens and sky...

I got a double room that was really up-to-date. I liked that it had tea-making stuff, air conditioning, and coffee available. ☕

The staff was very cordial and ready to to attend to our request. The room in spite of being smaller and less warm than it was expected was cosy.
The location was quite disappointing. It is located in the middle of nowhere. No attractions around, no restaurants or pubs, no supermarket, no transportation at the corner. As a matter of fact we had to stride for almost 10 minutes from the nearest tram stop to the hotel, many times without seeing a single soul in the street what let us anxious. I regret to say it but this hotel is not worth the price.

I liked design and cleanness of the room.
I don't like that summ of resevation much more than I can use during my stay. So, I can not use my many till now. Why adminisration of the hotel doesn't trast to the guests?!!!!!!

A very clean and comfortable hotel run by attentive staff and pleasantly located in a quiet and convenient position near to tram routes and canals. Breakfast offered a good choice of foods.
Just two criticisms and these are purely of a minor nature :- 1. A bath would have been preferred rather than a shower (but perhaps all bedrooms are provided with a shower only). 2, The cooked food at breakfast, e.g. the scrambled egg and bacon, was always just warm and could have been a lot hotter.

The room, eventhou it was kind of small, it was confortable for a young couple. The decoration of the room was stylish and nice
That you have to pay for internet, the price was ridiculous, Internet must be free in hotels

The breakfast option, including cereals and hot food, is amazing and exceeds other places we have visited. the room is neat, compact, and comes equipped with a mini bar and climate control.

Lovely room design, a lot of services. Overall very good.
The neiborhood is not very good, although close to the most of attractions.

Excellent value, neat, great-sized hotel, the location is peaceful and strategic in the center of everything. Well decorated and contemporary rooms with 3 beds are accompanied by very good service. The staff are professional and patient and really care about the guests. The ambiance is unique.
